I've been on a blueberry kick lately and craving...

I've been on a blueberry kick lately and craving muffins… so I tried a new recipe and they turned out great. I used Greek yoghurt instead of oil. Delish. Anyhow, the batter was very thick…brownie like in consistency which made for very moist muffins. Once I tweak the recipe one more time to make them perfect, I will SHARE!
